Pop-Up Christmas Market Events AT Crow River Winery - Vendor Registration

Congratulations! You've been accepted as a vendor at one or more Pop-Up Christmas Market events at Crow River Winery. And we're honored that you'd join us.

To make things official, please review the below contract terms, complete registration, and submit booth payment. If you have any questions along the way, please reach out. We want to ensure you have all the information you need.

VENDOR CONTRACT

Set-up time: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm on Nov 26, Dec 3, Dec 10, and/or Dec 17

Event time: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm on Saturday, September 28 — displays/booths are expected to remain assembled and staffed during the entire event duration

USE OF SPACE

Vendor shall exclusively use the booth space during the show for the sole purpose of selling, displaying, advertising, marketing or distributing only the products and services specifically listed by Vendor on their application. Vendor shall not assign, sublet, lease, license or otherwise share or re-allocate booth space.

Equipment displays and structures shall not obstruct pedestrian traffic or visibility of adjacent booths.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendor agrees to obtain at its sole expense any licenses or permits from governmental bodies which may be required for the operation of Vendor’s trade or business during the show, and Vendor agrees to pay all taxes or fines that may be levied or due as the result of the Vendor’s booth at the show.

All tents, canopies, tables, chairs and displays are the responsibility of the vendor and not provided by Crow River Winery.

REFUNDS

Booth space payment is non-refundable. In the event that Vendor does not show up for the show “no show”, Vendor is not entitled to a refund.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY

Vendor agrees to pay promptly for any and all damage to the venue building or its equipment, incurred through carelessness or otherwise, caused by the Vendor, his/her/its employees, agents, contractors, and representatives. Vendor shall not make any claim or demand or take any legal action whatsoever against Crow River Winery, for any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused to the Vendor, its officers, employees, agents, contractors or their property.

WEATHER

If weather becomes a factor and it is in the best interest of the vendors, Crow River Winery may relocate the Vendor booths indoors.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND ADVERTISING PERMISSION

Vendor authorizes Crow River Winery to use Vendor’s profile, pictures, website content or any publicly available information about Vendor for event promotion or in advertisements. Vendor gives Crow River Winery permission to take and use photos for current and future advertising.

YOU WILL BE ASKED TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS IN THE REGISTRATION FORM THAT ACCOMPANIES THE PURCHASE OF YOUR BOOTH SPACE(S).
